ZERO WASTE

It means minimizing the generation of waste that reaches the landfill.
It is a lifestyle (change of habits) that minimizes the generation of garbage and leads us to take care of those waste that we cannot avoid producing so far.
Under the approach of zero waste, the key is in the separation at source, which consists in each person separating the waste into organic and inorganic, recyclable and those that are not, and that they can dispose of them in a different way, classifying them.
That is why it is important that the action is carried out from homes and the places where it is generated, in order to later transfer said waste to a collection center; a Green Point.
Together they are garbage, separated they are waste.
